Ahhh, so precious!

Another special thing that happened today was that Noah came over for his first visit!  We had a great evening with he, Melissa & Spencer and we loved being able to soak in his yumminess!  What a sweet baby boy.  It's fun to watch them parenting and they are so cute together.  It was great to have GG here to hold him too - though it was one more person I had to share Noah with!  She was really thrilled to be here and we're all so glad that she's still with us.

He looks very much like his mom did as a baby but sometimes he looks like his daddy too.  Guess he's a good mix.  He is a beautiful boy and we are crazy about him.

Bailey receives the Priesthood

It was a special day for our family today.  Bailey turned 12 on the 22nd and today he was made a Deacon.  His dad gave him a beautiful blessing and it was a really sweet experience. It was extra special because Grandma Barr was here for the ordination.

Beautiful family!

We love you so much Bay!

Happy Halloween!

Oh me oh my, it's Abbie.  Love those cheeks girl!  We miss you already and can't wait for December. Thanks for all the laughs, hugs, kisses and even the melt downs!

Abbie loves her cute Colby

 Our 5 year old Colby

Julie did a great job on the fairy costumes for the twins and they looked adorable.  She joined in on the dressing up fun, something I didn't do too often.  Not my favorite holiday but seeing our adorable grandkids makes it soooooo fun.

We did a neighborhood trunk or treat and the kids made a haul while we got to show them off!  Thanks for coming everybody - we loved it and were glad you braved the rain and cold weather.  (Why does that always happen?  Yesterday it was so much warmer.)

Our cute Tauna made this owl costume for Cameron and she is his tree - clever and oh so creative.  He looked so darling and so did she!

 Suave Bay

And last but now least - our (believe it or not) cute Jax!  Does this mean he's growing up?

Noah Spencer is born - and we love him so!

Our beautiful Melissa was determined to bravely have the baby naturally but things didn't work out the way we all planned and hoped.  She ended up having to have a C-section and had a few scary complications - but thankfully all is well.  He weighed 6 lbs. 9 oz. and was 21 inches long.  He is perfect and beautiful and Spencer and Melissa are beyond happy.  We are all so overjoyed to have him here safe and sound and we are so proud of the new parents.  We love you guys!  Can't wait to watch Noah grow up.  Well...... I take that back.  Don't grow up too fast little one!

Grandson number 5 and our 8th grandchild.  We are blessed indeed.

Spencer was able to be in the O. R. with Melissa and witness the miracle of his birth. He was very moved and emotional and so in awe of the whole event.  We're proud of you too Spence.   We love you!

Amy braved out the long night with us and was thrilled to be there for the birth of sweet Noah.  We were a little worried about her being there since she'll be having her own laboring in 5 months or so but she was so happy to see what it's like on the other side.  She came away from it saying she can hardly wait for it to be her turn.  Brave girl Amy, brave girl!
Even though it's been 26 years since I gave birth, it brought all kinds of memories back and I could feel Melissa's pain - and joy - right along with her.  We love all our "babies" that have grown up so beautifully and are such great human beings!  I must say it was very difficult to watch our beautiful daughter go through pain.  We love her so much and are so very proud of her.  She was incredible, never complained and remained strong throughout the long day and night.  Way to go Miss!  There is nothing in the world like bringing a new baby into it.

Happy 12th Bay! We love you so much.

A stop at Wendy's corn maze in Pocatello

We took a little break on our way home Friday and let Abbie enjoy all the hard work that Wendy and her family have put in on their farm.  It was a blast to watch Abbie run through a little maze for toddlers and then declare, "Yay, I did it!"

The proud and hard-working farmer girl, Wendy  Thanks for the fun!
