Jacob Alexander, Esquire

We are happy and proud to share pictures of Jacob's graduation on May 28, 2011.  He earned his degree at Lewis & Clark Law School and is finally done with school!  He and Lacey are moving to Boulder, CO and are excited about their new adventure.  The possibilities are endless and we can't wait to hear what the next chapter holds.
Jeff and I felt so blessed to be able to watch him graduate and we couldn't be more proud of his accomplishments.  Jon & Amy drove from Spokane with the kids and we had a really fun weekend together.  It was rainy in Portland - but then again it was rainy at home too.  We loved seeing the city and spending time with our kids.  Abbie and Jeffrey were great travelers which helped a lot.  Everyone (but me & my bad back) helped Jake and Lacey load up the moving truck so we had a productive weekend as well.

Thanks Lace, for helping him get through and for being such a great support.
We love you!

More photos to blog

I've been blogging on our iMac instead of our laptop lately but today I noticed I had some photos flagged for blogging on the laptop - so here you go!

We went to St. George and had some time with Josh & Julie's family.  It was great fun just before Easter.  I brought each of the girls a little purse and some news shoes, a big hit!  They are shoe freaks!  It was so cute to watch them with their new prizes.

Right after we arrived, the ice cream truck came by and boy was Colby happy.
We went on some fun hikes and lapped up the sunshine.  Something in short supply in Utah of late.

I love this photo of Eliza and papa, just chillin on a log.

Cute to see Colby laughing at the movie "Untangled"  His new fav.
 Eliza
 Delaney

Golfing at Sand Hollow, a fantastically beautiful course.  I golfed the first 9 holes (if you can call it golfing - I am SO bad)  But it sure was fun.
Jeff's golfing buddy Todd happened to be in St. George
the same week so we golfed with him too.
Jeff and I went to Las Vegas after Josh & Julie went home.  We took time out of "sin city" and went to the temple - a very good choice!
Our very handsome Bailey

Noah & Jax

Cute Cam makes some fun faces - he has a very expressive face.

Our beautiful little Jeffrey Stephen Miller

Jeff and I flew to Spokane for his blessing and had a wonderful weekend with our kids

Bubble girl

Cameron LOVES to eat (hmmm, wonder where he gets that from?
His grammy maybe?) and he's always a happy baby.

We do love our mom/grandma!

Delaney is very affectionate and gives lots of kisses.

Eliza on the other hand...... is too busy to be bothered with kisses!
You really have to coax them out of her, but Jeff has more luck than I do at that.  Guess she's Papa's girl!

Colby had his Kindergarten program and was the star of the show.  Here he's giving us an encore performance - though we did have to bribe him with all the change in my wallet!

Cute Noah, he's a drooler like his cousin Laney!

Love those beautiful eyes - and the cheeks - so yummy!

Brooke and Jeannie came up to visit and see our NINE beautiful grandbabies

brudders - oh so cute

Jon, Amy and kids flew here for a visit between school ending and work starting.
We had a lovely week with them and spent time with most of our kids - just missing Jake & Lacey!  It was the first time all 9 grandkids were together.
Jeff and Jeffrey

Cam thought it was pretty fun to watch "Up" with Abs

Abbie turns 3 - holy cats that went by fast!

E & D enjoying the party.  Notice Eliza's shirt!  So cute, it keeps rolling up on her tummy.
The same clothes fit each girl so differently.  Julie said she might have to start buying a bigger size for Eliza and then Delaney can grow into them!

Papa & Cam

So precious - our little Laners

Our handsome - nearly 14 year old Jaxson

Ahh, so cute.  Cam & Noah

Best buds

Jeff and I got to tend while Josh & Julie went to a U2 concert.
We were the lucky ones!

Missing Our Spokane Babies!

I sure had a wonderful time with these beautiful grandbabies and can't wait to see them again - soon!
