Introducing Jeffrey Steven Miller

I am lucky to be visiting Jon & Amy along with Abbie and our newest grandson Jeffrey.  He is a delightful baby and it's wonderful to be able to snuggle with him and watch him wake up to the world.  His big sister is coming around.  She was pretty indifferent to him the first few days but now stops to kiss him as she passes him.  She's a busy, darling, happy and dramatic little 2-year-old girl.  It's fun to have a grandchild that says, "Oh! He's so cute!"  Can't imagine Colby, Bay or Jax saying that with quite the meaning she has!  I've long been waiting for a grandchild that likes to shop too.  She's not there yet but there's more hope there than with the boys, they think it's torture!  I used to have to bribe them to even go to Costco.  I love all my grandchildren and think they are the cutest babies, toddlers, children, pre-teens and teen-agers ever................well, at least since our kids were their age!  Love you all.

Abbie's artwork on the front steps - she was sad that it got washed away in the rain a few days later
Silly things to take a picture of but I sure get a kick out of the size of their garbage & recycling bins compared to ours.
Not quite ready to hold him yet - she's still unsure about his presence here
Such a hard life - all this eating, pooping and sleeping
 I'm two grammy
Now she's ready to hold him
Abbie wanted to taste a binki - then decided she'd much rather have a lollipop

 Ahhh, so sweet
 Beautiful mom
Jon found out his heart does indeed have enough room for another child

Abbie likes to wear her clothes backwards sometimes

He's thinking about going to sleep
Abbie reminds me of Colby - she gets lost in the world of TV.
Here she is watching Sesame Street
 Isn't she lovely?
She asks "why?" about a million times a day but we can't get enough of her!

March Madness

Thought I'd post a few photos quick before I go see our newest grandson - Jeffrey Steven.  Can't wait to see him!  He was born yesterday, weighing 7 lbs. 11 oz and looks a lot like Abbie when she was born.  I'll post pictures from their house so keep checking back.  Meantime, enjoy these adorable grandbabies.

Cam is crawling all over & exploring our house
 We love having Noah over

Noah & Cam have fun together
Cameron is kind of like a tiger and Noah is a piece of raw meat!  He gets so excited when he sees him and goes at top speed to maul him!  They love each other though and it's fun to see them smile at each other - at least until Cam scratches (accidentally of course) Noah.
Sweet smile from a sweet boy

 Liza Jane
(she really doesn't have a middle name but that one fits!)
 Celebrating Melissa's birthday
Me Tarzan - I mean Colby
 Love this boy
 Look at the drool!
Melissa took bunches of pics of Eliza's belly - so cute.
She and Delaney are built totally different - guess Eliza takes after her Grammy!
 Sisters so sweet
Tauna gave Melissa some hand-me-downs of Cameron's for Noah
but Eliza wanted to try one of the shirts on.  Doesn't exactly fit, hence more pics of her tummy!

Another fun day with Cameron.  Sure love tending this boy!

The Violinist

I went to spend a day with my mom and we had a nice time together.  She has a musical therapist that comes once a week and plays the guitar while mom plays the violin.  She used to play when she was young and has started practicing again.  It gives her something to do and she enjoys it.  She can't see where to put the bow but still does pretty good.  It's quite amazing that she is still here with us and pretty cool that she keeps as busy as she can.

March 8

15 inches of new snow at our house meant nearly 3 feet up North Canyon.
It was beautiful, peaceful and oh so fun.

It was a great way to spend time together on our anniversary.  36 years - wow!

So far this week............

I've spent a lot of time trying to get Noah's thumb out of his mouth!

Played cars with Colby

Loved being with the girls

Couldn't resist letting sweet Noah sleep with his thumb!

These two love to look at each other - and Cameron is pretty good at grabbing and scratching Noah.

Noah got back at Cam - he's pulling his hair but looks so innocent doing it!

I've spent tons of time on the floor with these two!

Spent time at Tori's wedding with family
Trent, Cindy and my mom
